Pet Health & Vaccination Requirements
We strictly enforce vaccination requirements because the health and safety of your pets is our highest priority. By ensuring every guest is fully vaccinated, we maintain a secure, disease-free environment for boarding, grooming and daycare.
Rabies - Canine
Required by state law. Must be current and administered by a licensed veterinarian to maintain public health safety. The Rabies certificate must be signed by a licensed veterinarian. Upon arrival, you will need to provide us with a copy of a current Rabies certificate, valid for the entire stay of your pet. The certificate can be emailed to us in advance or provided upon arrival.

Required - DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Para-influenza, Parvovirus)
Core vaccine protecting against multiple serious airborne and contact diseases. Must be strictly up to date to ensure group safety.
Reqired - Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Highly recommended and required for all boarding and daycare guests. Protects against common, highly contagious respiratory infections often spread in social settings.
Recommended - Canine Influenza
Recommended for dogs in group settings to prevent the spread of dog flu, especially during seasonal outbreaks.
Required - FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia)Required
Core vaccine protecting against common feline upper respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases. Crucial for any boarded cat.
Rcommended - FeLV Feline Leukemia
Recommended for cats that may come into contact with other felines or have previously been outdoor pets.
Facility Health Protocols & Additional Policies
All vaccines must be administered at least 14 days prior to boarding or daycare
Proof of vaccination records (signed by vet) must be provided before the first visit
Vaccines must remain current throughout the entire duration of the stay
Pets showing signs of active illness (coughing, sneezing, lethargy) will not be accepted
Flea and tick prevention is strongly recommended to protect our clean environment

8 am til 1 pm & 5 pm til 7 pm
There is no drop off and pick-up between 1 pm and 5 pm. However, we are staffed to provide care to pets staying with us.
